The Masters is a sharp tribute to three chairs-symbol, re-read and reinterpreted by the creative genius of Starck. The “7” Series of Arne Jacobsen, the “Tulip” Armchair “by Eero Saarinen and the” Eiffel “Chair by Charles Eames intertwined the unmistakable silhouette in a sinuous hybrid, to give life to a blend of original and attractive styles. Supported by four thin stems, the seat of Masters is wide and comfortable. The particular date to finish Chair makes it sensually smooth. The distinctive note of the Chair is of course his backrest, characterized by full and empty spaces created by the intersection of three different curved backrests, which descend to merge in the perimeter of the Chair. Light, handy, stackable and available in three chromium-plating: gold, silver and copper. The Masters has been awarded the prestigious “Good Design Award 2010″, awarded by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
